Additionally, my deposit is subject to a 3x wagering requirement despite no bonus being applied, which restricts access to my own funds. I made a deposit after receiving a promotion stating that a bonus would be credited instantly and that any deposit amount qualifies.

If you actually shared the name of the site, we could tell you for sure whether it is a scam or not. That does not mean a site featured there is automatically trustworthy, nor does it mean a site not featured there is automatically a scam.
