No experience necessary but must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to learn systems furniture installation/relocation processes and procedures. Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be a team player, work well with others, and retain information communicated to them.
2-3 years’ experience in systems furniture installation and ability to read blueprints. Capable of managing small crews, articulate tasks, and expectations to accomplish job deadlines while being customer focused. Candidate must possess same work ethic required for Field Service Technician.
4-5 years’ experience in systems furniture installation and ability to read blueprints. Capable of managing large crews, articulate tasks, and expectations to accomplish job deadlines while being customer focused. Communication and leadership proficiencies are a must within this position. The candidate should show a strong ability to lead employees in a professional, calm manner.
